 I maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy. For appts cancelled in less than 24 hours, there will be a $30 fee. For no shows, the client will be held responsible for the full session amount. Thank you for your understanding.

 
LOCATION NOTES: Please come in the front door on the main level just off the parking lot facing Upton. Go up the stairs and wait in the atrium. I will come and get you when finished with my previous appointment.
PARKING: In lot in south side of building.
Helpful hints:

  • Please bring the completed forms with you to your session.
  • Think about what goals you have, and your realistic available time and commitment availability. This will help us sequence a practice and session for you that hopefully will be more effective
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing you can stretch in. Yoga clothes or sweats are ok with a t-shirt or long sleeved shirt.
  • Try not to eat a couple hours before coming.
